Daybreak Smoothie
Ingredients
5 cups frozen daybreak blend (strawberry, pineapple, mango)
5 tbsp chia seeds
3 1/3 cup almond milk
5 tbsp lemon juice
5 scoops protein powder
5 scoops unflavored collagen powder
Instructions
OPTION 1: SMOOTHIE PACKS
In 5 freezer bags or jars, add the following to each:
1 cup frozen daybreak blend
1 scoop protein powder
1 scoop collagen peptides
1 tbsp chia seeds
OR combine all ingredients in one large container and divide evenly into 5 bags or jars.
Freeze for up to 3 months.
When ready to blend (per serving):
Add contents of 1 smoothie pack to a blender with:
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
OPTION 2: PRE-BLENDED
In a blender, combine:
5 cups frozen daybreak blend
5 scoops protein powder
5 scoops collagen peptides
5 tbsp chia seeds
3 1/3 cups unsweetened almond milk
5 tbsp lemon juice
Blend until smooth. Pour into 5 airtight jars or bottles, leaving space at the top if freezing.
Storage:
Fridge: up to 2 days
Freezer: up to 3 months
Shake well before drinking if refrigerated.
If frozen, thaw overnight in the fridge before drinking.
