Spicy Ginger Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast or thighs, sliced
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
2 green onions, sliced
1 tsp arrowroot starch (or cornstarch) mixed with 1 tbsp water
1 cup cooked rice, for serving
Sesame seeds & lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add chicken, garlic, ginger, cayenne, and salt. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce, honey, red bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Pour in arrowroot starch slurry and simmer until thickened, about 1–2 minutes.
Serve over rice, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and lime wedges.
