Greek Chicken Burgers
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
¼ cup diced red onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup chopped baby spinach
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Form into 4 large patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.
Serve as is or assemble into burgers with desired toppings such as tzatziki, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and toasted buns.
