Greek Chicken Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • ¼ cup diced red onion

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • ¼ cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes

  • 1 cup chopped baby spinach

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

  • 2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Form into 4 large patties.

  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.

  3. Serve as is or assemble into burgers with desired toppings such as tzatziki, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and toasted buns.
