Big Mac Bowls

Ingredients

Special Sauce

  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yougurt

  • 2 tbsp avocado mayo

  • 1/4 cup ketchup (I like using sugar free)

  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

Bowls

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • freshly cracked black pepper

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 3 cups tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Potatoes:

  • 2 cups potatoes, cut into fry shape

  • 1/2 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

  • black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. If possible, soak the cut potatoes in ice water for 30 minutes to make them extra crispy. Drain and pat dry. Toss with avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, or air fry at 400°F for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.

  2. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until fully cooked.

  4. Assemble bowls with romaine, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, cooked turkey, crispy fries, and drizzle with special sauce.
