Spicy Marinated Olives
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of green olives
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
1 tbsp of red chili flakes (more or less for spice level)
1 tbsp of fresh chopped rosemary
Zest of one lemon and orange
3 cloves of minced garlic
Instructions
Add your olives to a big bowl and the rest of your ingredients. Give everything a good mix.
Store in an air-tight container and place in the fridge for at least a few hours. The longer they sit the better they will get!
