Spicy Marinated Olives

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of green olives

  • 1/2 cup of olive oil

  • 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp of red chili flakes (more or less for spice level)

  • 1 tbsp of fresh chopped rosemary

  • Zest of one lemon and orange

  • 3 cloves of minced garlic

 

Instructions

  1. Add your olives to a big bowl and the rest of your ingredients. Give everything a good mix. 

  2. Store in an air-tight container and place in the fridge for at least a few hours. The longer they sit the better they will get!
