Buffalo Chicken Salad + Vegetable Crudite

Ingredients

Buffalo Chicken Salad

  • 14 oz canned chicken, drained

  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp avocado mayo

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 stalk celery, sliced

  • salt and pepper, to taste

Vegetable Crudite

  • 2 small carrots, cut into sticks

  • 2 large stalks celery, cut into sticks

  • 1 cucumber, cut into slices or sticks

Instructions

  1. Whisk together buffalo sauce, avocado mayo, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Fold in the chicken and celery.

  2. Divide into containers along with chopped veggies.
