Egg Roll in a Bowl
Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
4 cups shredded green cabbage
3 large celery stalks, sliced
1 ½ cups carrots, sliced
1 egg
4 tbsp tamari
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
Heat a large wok or skillet over medium heat.
Add ground pork and brown, breaking it up with a spoon.
Once browned, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in sliced celery and carrots, cooking for a few minutes until softened.
Add shredded cabbage, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
Crack the egg into a small well in the center, scramble, then mix into the dish.
Serve with sriracha and sesame seeds.
