Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork

  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage

  • 3 large celery stalks, sliced

  • 1 ½ cups carrots, sliced

  • 1 egg

  • 4 tbsp tamari

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Heat a large wok or skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add ground pork and brown, breaking it up with a spoon.

  3. Once browned, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  4. Stir in sliced celery and carrots, cooking for a few minutes until softened.

  5. Add shredded cabbage, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until tender.

  6. Crack the egg into a small well in the center, scramble, then mix into the dish.

  7. Serve with sriracha and sesame seeds.
