Sardine & White Bean Patties with Chive Aioli
Ingredients
Sardine & White Bean Patties
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 (4 oz) cans sardines in oil, drained
1 (14 oz) can white beans
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
½ small yellow onion, finely diced
Aioli
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup avocado mayo
2 tbsp chives, diced
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Mash sardines and white beans together, leaving some texture.
Mix in egg, breadcrumbs, onion, and parsley. Form into 8 patties.
Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Whisk together aioli ingredients. Serve patties with aioli.
