Sardine & White Bean Patties with Chive Aioli

Ingredients

Sardine & White Bean Patties

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 2 (4 oz) cans sardines in oil, drained

  • 1 (14 oz) can white beans

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup parsley, finely chopped

  • ½ small yellow onion, finely diced

Aioli

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup avocado mayo

  • 2 tbsp chives, diced

  • Juice of 1 lemon

 

Instructions

  1. Mash sardines and white beans together, leaving some texture.

  2. Mix in egg, breadcrumbs, onion, and parsley. Form into 8 patties.

  3. Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

  4. Whisk together aioli ingredients. Serve patties with aioli.
